By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
About RxNow
RxNow provides general prescription-savings information, a free prescription savings card, and access to a third-party prescription price checker. RxNow is not an insurer, health plan, health care provider, prescriber, pharmacy, pharmacy benefit manager, or emergency service.
Not medical advice
The website does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or individualized medical advice. Website content and price-search results are for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed health care professional. Ask your prescriber or pharmacist about medications, interactions, dosing, treatment, and whether a prescription is appropriate for you. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
Prescription savings card
The RxNow card is a prescription discount card, not insurance. It is free to obtain and use; no enrollment or membership fee is required. A participating pharmacy may use the card information to identify an eligible discounted cash price. Discounts vary by medication, strength, form, quantity, pharmacy, and location. Not every medication or purchase is eligible, and no displayed, quoted, or expected price is guaranteed. The pharmacy determines the final price when it processes the prescription.
The card generally cannot be combined with insurance or another discount program for the same purchase. You are responsible for deciding whether to use insurance, the RxNow card, or another available payment option. Prescription requirements and pharmacy rules still apply.
Pet prescriptions
A valid veterinary prescription is required when applicable. Ask your veterinarian whether a medication can be filled at a retail pharmacy. Veterinary-only or compounded medications may not be eligible. Never give a pet medicine intended for a person unless a veterinarian specifically directs you to do so.
Third-party price checker and links
The prescription price checker displayed on the website is provided by FindLowRx and embedded from its service. Searches, results, availability, and related data handling are provided by that third party. RxNow does not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, security, or practices of FindLowRx or other third-party websites and services linked from or embedded on the website. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
Permitted use
You may browse the website and download, display, or present the RxNow card information for lawful personal prescription purchases. You agree to provide accurate information when using website features and to comply with applicable laws, prescription requirements, and pharmacy policies.
Prohibited conduct
- Use the website, card, or price checker for fraud, unlawful activity, or misrepresentation.
- Alter, sell, sublicense, counterfeit, or falsely claim affiliation with the RxNow card or brand.
- Introduce malware, interfere with operation, bypass access controls, or probe the website or connected services for vulnerabilities.
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, overload, or abuse the website or third-party services except as expressly permitted by law or written authorization.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, card, price checker, and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. RxNow does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, the availability of any pharmacy, medication, discount, or price, or the accuracy or completeness of third-party information. Rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RxNow and the people and service providers supporting the website will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, savings, or opportunity; or damages arising from third-party services, pharmacy decisions, medication use, or inability to access the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Responsibility for misuse
