RxNow is a free prescription savings card that helps you ask a participating pharmacy for an eligible discounted cash price. You do not need to enroll, pay a membership fee, or meet an age or income requirement.
Compare prescription prices
Search your medication using its name, strength, form, quantity, and your ZIP code. Review available pharmacy prices.
Save the card for your price
Choose a pharmacy and use the card button beside that price. Save that card or its processing details. Different prices may use different card details.
Show the card first
Present the card attached to your chosen price before payment. Ask the pharmacist to enter its BIN, PCN, group, and member ID exactly as shown.
Choose the price that works
The pharmacy confirms the final price. Compare available options and use the one that is best for you.
RxNow is a discount card—not insurance
RxNow provides access to eligible prescription discounts and does not replace health insurance. The card generally cannot be combined with insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or another discount program for the same purchase. When you have coverage, ask the pharmacy to compare the available cash discount with your insurance copay.
Why can a prescription price change?
Prescription prices can vary by pharmacy, location, medication, strength, form, and quantity. A searched or expected price is an estimate; the pharmacy confirms the current price when it processes the prescription. Availability and pharmacy participation may also change.
What if the expected price does not appear?
First, confirm that the medication details and card processing codes are correct. Ask the pharmacist to recheck the information. If you still need assistance, use the RxNow contact page. Never delay or change prescribed treatment because of a price concern without speaking with your prescriber or pharmacist.
