Show the card first
Present the RxNow card to the pharmacist before payment and ask the pharmacy to process the eligible discount.

RxNow is a discount card—not insurance
RxNow provides access to eligible prescription discounts and does not replace health insurance. The card generally cannot be combined with insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or another discount program for the same purchase. When you have coverage, ask the pharmacy to compare the available cash discount with your insurance copay.
Why can a prescription price change?
Prescription prices can vary by pharmacy, location, medication, strength, form, and quantity. A searched or expected price is an estimate; the pharmacy confirms the current price when it processes the prescription. Availability and pharmacy participation may also change.
What if the expected price does not appear?
First, confirm that the medication details and card processing codes are correct. Ask the pharmacist to recheck the information or contact RxNow at (855) 456-4668 for support. Never delay or change prescribed treatment because of a price concern without speaking with your prescriber or pharmacist.
