How much does losartan cost without insurance?
For a useful losartan price comparison, copy the complete medication name from your prescription. Start with losartan potassium, then choose the strength and the number of tablets you need filled.
There is no single price for every prescription or pharmacy. Use the search with your exact prescription and ZIP code to see a current estimate. The pharmacy confirms the amount due when it processes the prescription.

Check the product before comparing
If your label lists a second ingredient or two strengths separated by a slash, do not select a single-ingredient losartan listing. Search the full combination name. A lower price for a different product is not a usable quote for your prescription.
Is a losartan price also valid for losartan with hydrochlorothiazide?
No. A listing with a second active ingredient is a different product. Copy the complete name from the label and select the matching combination and strengths. If your prescription is for losartan alone, compare that single-ingredient listing. Ask your pharmacist if you cannot identify the correct option.
How to check your price
- Find your prescription
Select the name, form, strength, quantity and days supply. Enter a U.S. ZIP code.
- Compare nearby pharmacies
Compare the total for the same prescription and check the branch address. Results do not confirm stock.
- Show the card from your result
Save that card to your phone or print it. Show it before paying and ask the pharmacy to confirm the final price.
Search example: Losartan 50 mg · 30 tablets. This illustrates the search, not a recommended dose. Use your own prescription details.
Should I type 50 in the quantity field for 50 mg tablets?
No. The strength belongs in the medication selection. Quantity is the number of tablets being filled. For a prescription for 30 tablets of losartan 50 mg, select the 50 mg tablet and enter a quantity of 30. This is a search example, not a dosing recommendation.
Which card should I show at the pharmacy?
RxNow checks two pricing options, BIN 019330 and BIN 610272. If both return a price for the same matched pharmacy, the search displays the lower one. Use the card attached to that result and keep its BIN, PCN, Group and ID together. Neither network is always cheaper. Prices and acceptance can vary.
RxNow is a discount program, not insurance. If you have insurance, ask the pharmacy to compare the discount with your copay. They cannot be combined on the same purchase.
Your privacy when checking prices
No enrollment, name, email address or date of birth is needed to search prices or download a card. Use your prescription details and a U.S. ZIP code. RxNow does not sell or mail medication; you choose a participating pharmacy. The pharmacy still needs the prescription and its usual patient information.
